Description
The Penrhyn Railway served to connect quarries in the Bethesda area of North Wales to the coast at Port Penrhyn. It’s gauge was 1′ 11″ and the quarries had a variety of small locomotives. The ‘main line’ had larger locomotives – such as Charles, built by Hunslet in 1882.
