Description
A model of a sister engine to Mountaineer.
Built at the same time by Alco, this locomotive now runs on preserved railways in France. It is based on locomotive WD 1257 as now preserved. In this form it is far closer to the original as built batch of locos and the model could represent many of the class as running in France during WW1.
The model’s technical specification is as Mountaineer and the usual livery is WD grey and black boiler and domes – with either WD lettering as shown (above) or RL1257 lettering on the tank sides – as running in preservation.
Wheels are insulated as standard.
Pre-book this Locomotive by adding it to your basket, you will not be charged for the locomotive until it is ready for despatch.
